So. In the original Megaman X, Vile is shown as a Maverick, whom worked alongside Sigma. He'd always appeared to have some sort of rivalry with X, but not much else was known back then.

In the remake, Maverick Hunter X, Vile is shown as an ex-Maverick Hunter who appears to be a little 'flipped' so to speak. He isn't a Maverick, and operates on his own free will. I quote him:

"I don't have friends, never have. But I do know one thing: X, YOU are my enemy!"

He said this after he was questioned on being in league with Sigma or not.

When he spoke to Zero briefly, he didn't appear to be hostile at all. But whenever it comes to X he almost seems enraged, like he can't control himself.

Also in Maverick Hunter X, Dr. Cain, the scientist who originally found X was killed, whereas he lived in the original game. Well, he made no REAL appearance in the original game, but he was there. Somewhere. He DID appear in Megaman X2, though.

Makes me wonder where Inafune intends on taking the X series. If he continues on the MHX remakes, the story could be evolved on vastly, and many unanswered questions could be..well, answered. I want more back story on the Maverick/Zero Virus, Zero's creation, what happened to the original Megaman characters, all of that. I think it would be amazing to have something like that. Please Capcom, give this to me! (andmaybeanXanimeplz)

But anyway, by the way they portray Vile(Or Vava, if you prefer.) His massive ego, his loner-style attitude, being a Reploid built for combat (I mean look at all his weapons, CHRIST) and his undying will to destroy X and 'change the world'..It really seems like that Vile could in fact, MAYBE be yet another creation of Dr. Albert Wily's. A longshot, I know, but I think it would be interesting. Vile actually reminds me a lot of Forte. Maybe Vile was meant to be to X as Forte was to Megaman. And then Zero is kind of like his Blues, although..Zero was created by Wily so that'd be weird.
